the problem it solves
`flutter pub upgrade` moves everything at once, so when the build breaks you are bisecting a hundred-line lockfile diff to find out which package did it. Upgrading strictly one at a time is safe and unbearably slow.
how
how it works
It takes the middle path: a fast batch of every resolvable upgrade first, analyzed once, then a phased walk through whatever is still behind its latest version, one package at a time with its own analyze and its own rollback.
Every rollback is written to a failure log with the error that caused it, so a run that reverts three packages tells you why rather than leaving you to find out again.
what you get
features
- Batch first, then phased — speed where it is safe, precision where it is not
- Runs flutter analyze after every step
- Auto-rollback on a broken batch or package
- A failure log recording every rollback and its cause
- FVM aware, zero config, defaults to the safe mode in CI
